Is CivilAIsation free?+
The calculators are: the house plan, concrete and masonry quantities, rod weights, RC beam, slab and column design and the unit converter are free for everyone, with the code library. Asking the AI assistant comes with a plan in Bangladesh; in the USA a free account includes a weekly AI allowance. Which codes does it follow?+
Bangladesh: BNBC 2020 (the gazette text), RAJUK rules, the Road Design Standards 2021, LGED and RHD standards. USA: IRC 2021, ACI 318-19, ASCE 7-22, AASHTO. Each answer names the code and the clause it used, and says when a figure is site practice rather than a code requirement.
Can I ask in Bengali?+
Yes - ask in বাংলা or English and the answer comes in the same language, with the figures checked against the calculation before it is shown.
How do I know the numbers are right?+
The figures come from CivilAIsation's own calculators and its library of 150 checked code clauses, worked before the AI writes a word. If the AI's answer does not match the calculation, the calculation's result is shown instead. A licensed engineer should still check a design before it is built.
Can I download the drawings?+
Floor plans, beam, column and footing sections and the Gantt chart download as PNG and as DXF for AutoCAD, and schedules as Excel.
What happens to my questions?+
If you agree at sign-up, questions and answers are kept without your name or email to find wrong answers and fix them; you can switch it off and delete them on the Account page. Do not send confidential client data.
